AI feedback and learning data
Your written and spoken practice may be processed by AI systems to generate feedback, estimated bands, transcripts, corrections, and study recommendations. AI feedback is used for IELTS preparation and is not an official test score.
Voice recordings
When you use speaking practice or mock tests, we may process audio recordings to transcribe your answer, evaluate fluency and pronunciation, and produce feedback. You should not submit sensitive personal information in practice responses.
Payments and subscriptions
Payment details are handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. IELTS Pocket does not store full card numbers. We store subscription status and billing-related records needed to manage your account.
Storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to limit access and reduce risk.
