By using IELTS Pocket, you agree to use the platform responsibly and understand that our feedback is for IELTS preparation, not an official test result.

Account

To access IELTS Pocket features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use online education services in your location.

What the service provides

IELTS Pocket provides IELTS preparation tools, including practice tests, speaking simulation, writing feedback, vocabulary review, grammar exercises, and progress tracking. These tools are for personal education and test preparation.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass limits, share paid account access, scrape content, interfere with service operation, or use IELTS Pocket to create harmful, illegal, abusive, or misleading content.

AI feedback and scores

AI feedback, estimated bands, and practice scores are learning aids. They are not official IELTS results and should not be treated as a guarantee of your final test performance. Official scores are issued only by authorized IELTS test providers.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed according to the plan shown at checkout. You can cancel your subscription from account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by the checkout provider.

Your content

You retain ownership of essays, answers, recordings, and other material you submit. By using the platform, you allow IELTS Pocket to process that content to provide feedback, scoring, progress tracking, safety checks, and service improvement.

Intellectual property

IELTS Pocket owns the platform interface, brand assets, lesson design, software, and original content unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute platform materials without permission.

Availability

We aim to keep IELTS Pocket reliable, but service interruptions may happen due to maintenance, provider downtime, security updates, or technical problems. The service is provided on an as-available basis.

Limitation of liability

IELTS Pocket is a preparation tool. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, missed admissions, visa outcomes, final IELTS scores, or decisions made by third parties based on your test result.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if payment fails, or if account activity creates risk for the service or other users. You may stop using IELTS Pocket at any time.
